I managed to get all sorts of reach and likes.

Surprising the highest amount of impressions was from a post that i did not think performed as well as i thought, which was the post about what is the best Italian food.

I learned a lot about posting on Instagram, interaction and consistency is key, from commenting liking and conversing with people you receive a lot more engagement than just posting images.

If hashtags are consistent then you will keep a consistent amount of engagement.

Posting at the same time daily is definitely good for consistency but you receive a varied amount of reach due to the day you post.

Reddit i received no followers but a lot of engagement. I think with more time i could get a lot of reaction from groups on Reddit.

I managed to get 53 Karma which consists of likes and comments.

Facebook is very difficult for organic growth, you have to build a following on your Facebook by inviting people to your group consistently and interacting with other brands to get them to share and credit your content.

Facebook states my page reached 8,090 people, but i have only had 2 page views. Also my individual post reach and engagement was very low.
